The conditions imposed by the land were used to propose a lateral space on the plot, where a space for green areas of the house is established.   With the establishment of a program of areas and activities involved and depending on the total area of ​​the land, the proposal offers a house with an occupation of 50% of the land, which grows in the vertical direction, to allow to functionally separate the two main activities inside a house (private and semi-public). Obviously the project offers greater emphasis on the resolution of the facades it has, on which the functions of lighting, ventilation and mainly shade fall.

The program is resolved on two floors, separating the activities by levels: On the first level, the most public activities are located, such as the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the service areas, the gardens and the parking of vehicles. In the second level, semi-activities are located private rest, such as the rooms and the corresponding service areas.
