Landscaping Design

We handle the design, construction and maintenance of all phases of creating a garden, terrace or outdoor space.
Before designing the landscape project, we visited the space to be designed “in situ” and carried out a detailed study of the characteristics of the land.
We make gardens, terraces of any size, we put our creativity and experience at the service of each space. Each one is unique and exclusive.

Civil Works Construction / Work Supervision and Inspection

Construction Supervision: We assure the due fulfillment of the necessary requirements for civil work development trough revisions control, thanks to an adequate civil supervision, which is guarantee by our experience in the field.

Civil work Inspection: We are committed with our client's security, and we offer responsibility in quality control of civil work, trough a meticulous registry in the inspection of the constructive process, referring to arming, casting, finishing, and measurements, as well as, del estimates control of civil works.

Civil Works Management / Couseling

Civil Work Management: Based on an efficient optimization of the contractors who we have to our disposition, in the different specialties, as well as of our internal equipment, we offer work administration that goes from the development of project to the final construction, including the elaboration of the initial work budgets, work chronograms, materials checking, quality control, measurements, inspection and supervision of work, to guarantee a high quality finishing.

Counseling: We offer counseling in the architectural design field and its impact to urban level; in urban projects and the coordination of the different civil work stages.
